When you first arrive at our site, we assign you a Shopper ID which is stored on your computer as a cookie. This is used to keep track of your shopping basket. If you have disabled cookies in your browser, you can still browse our store, but you will not be able to place an order online. However, you can still order by postal mail or fax. When you login to our site to access password-protected areas such as your online order status, we also set a security cookie that lasts as long as your browser is running. This keeps us from having to request your password for each protected page that you access.

Partner ID

If you were referred to our store by another site which is a member of our affiliate program, we will store the affiliate ID of that site as a cookie. This information is used to pay the appropriate commission to the affiliate site when you place an order. We do not share any identifiable personal information with our affiliates.

Order form

To process your order we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address, shipping address and credit card information. We use this information solely to process your order and to contact you should any questions arise. Only that information which is absolutely necessary for the processing of your order will be shared with third parties: for example, the financial institution that issued your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order. In addition to the information you provide, we automatically record your IP address when you place an order, to help us detect fraudulent activity. If we determine that use of a credit card is fraudulent, we may share this with the financial institution that issued the credit card which was used to place the order, or with law enforcement authorities. We also record the affiliate ID, as described above.

Newsletter Subscription

Our email newsletter is available for your convenience, subscription is optional and requires your consent. Should you decide to subscribe, news announcements and specials will be sent to you. Testimonial Form

The Customer Comment page is a public display of testimonials regarding our site, products and service. Should you decide to post a message on the Customer Comment page, we may display the portion of your name that you entered in the form, your city, country and comments. Please exercise caution before including any personally identifiable information with your comments.

Logs

Your IP address, browser type and all pages that you access are logged for site administrative purposes. In addition, we log the URL of the page that referred you to the PunitiveShoes.com site. This information is deleted on a daily basis and only totals which contain no personally identifiable information are kept beyond that time period. For example, when we delete the log at the end of each day, any record of which pages you visited is gone forever.

Sharing of Information and Unsolicited Communications

We do not share your personally identifiable information with any other entities. In addition, we will not send you any communications that you do not explicitly request from us. For example, the only way for you to receive our email newsletter is if you choose to subscribe, either through the form on our home page or help desk page or by checking the appropriate box during the ordering process.

This is a standard solution. It is easy because the customer doesn't need to install anyplugin - simply complete the form provided by SSB for Banca Antonveneta. The service uses a 128 bit encrypted system and guarantees security.
